My lacquer top coat started to blush on a humid afternoon

I was finishing a walnut dresser in my garage workshop three days ago, around 4 PM. The humidity spiked and I didn't notice until the final coat of Mohawk lacquer went on. It turned cloudy and milky in patches almost right away. I had to stop, let it fully cure, and then lightly sand the whole piece before applying a fresh coat with a dehumidifier running. Has anyone found a good way to fix blush without a full redo?

Try a thin coat of blush retarder, it saved my last project.

Add a bit of mineral spirits to your next coat.
