Saw a thing online that said snitching on small stuff is lame but letting big money walk out the door is on you. Five hundred bucks ain't small. Covering for that just hurts the whole team in the long run.

Totally agree with @james672. That's real money walking out the door. I saw a guy mess up a client file once, would have cost us a deal. Spoke up right away. Boss was annoyed but way more pissed about losing the sale. Letting it slide just makes more work for everyone later. Gotta say something.

Exactly. That's the whole point right there. Keeping quiet just means a bigger mess later.
