Coworker told me my Excel formulas were too nested and I should use helper columns instead

I spent 6 hours refactoring this huge spreadsheet for our Q4 reports after he showed me how breaking it into 4 smaller pieces made it easier to audit and now I can't believe I was cramming everything into one cell like a fool - has anyone else had to relearn basic spreadsheet organization from a simple comment?

Man that hits close to home I had to completely rework my whole inventory tracking system after a coworker said the same thing.

A good spreadsheet with some basic validation rules would've saved me weeks of that headache.
