Update: Customer's assist on a turbo job ended with coolant all over his shoes

One side says involving clients shows good service, the other calls it a liability waitin to happen. Where do you stand on this?

Transparency usually builds more trust than it risks. Too many businesses now hide the actual work from view, which just makes people suspicious. That messy coolant moment probably did more for long-term customer confidence than a dozen clean invoices.
