Bought a used Snap-on scanner for my shop and it paid for itself in one month

Spent $2,500 on a used Solus Ultra from a guy in Toledo. It gave me the exact codes and live data for a stubborn 2012 Duramax that three cheaper scanners missed. Found a bad injector control pressure sensor the other tools just couldn't see. Anyone have a go-to scanner for the newer emissions systems?

My old Solus Pro still gets the job done on most 2010-2016 stuff. Honestly, for the newer trucks with all the emissions junk, I had to step up to a used Modis. The bidirectional controls for running regens and testing sensors are a lifesaver.

Just make sure you update the software regularly, that's where the real value is.
