Vent: Got yelled at by a client for a switch that wasn't even ours

Last Tuesday I spent 4 hours tracing a fault on a Meraki stack at a hotel in Austin only to find the Comcast tech had plugged their modem into the wrong port and blamed us. Has anyone else had to eat time fixing someone else's screwup?
