TIL a barista's offhand comment about my VLAN naming made me rethink customer visibility
She said 'your wifi seems fine but your receipts are a mess,' which got me checking how our managed switch logs actually read to non-tech folks, so I spent 2 days mapping our floor plan to port names and now I'm wondering if anyone else labels their commercial network gear by physical location instead of device type for easier client troubleshooting?
