Our switch picked Friday 4:58pm to forget its config and I got to be the hero with a 6 year old backup file

The whole office floor went dark network-wise about two minutes before quittin' time, and my last saved config was from 2019 on a thumb drive in a desk drawer. Turned out fine, but does anyone else keep a dusty emergency file like that or am I the only one living dangerously?
