That pour-over station at the local farmers market is a joke
I stopped by the one near my apartment in Denver last Saturday, and the guy spent 4 minutes pouring water in circles while his scale was clearly unlevel. If you are going to charge $7 for a cup of coffee, at least learn how to bloom the grounds properly, yeah?
