Just read that a coffee plant can live for over 100 years... found that in a weird old gardening book at my local library.

Remember seeing this massive coffee plant at a roadside stop in Georgia once. Honestly looked more like a small tree, trunk was thick as my arm. The guy running the place said it was older than his granddad. Makes you wonder how many cups that thing made.

Wow, I always figured they were short lived like houseplants. That book really proves me wrong. Crazy how much we don't know about common stuff.
