Hit 50 different single origin coffees in my journal last week
I've been keeping a tasting journal for about 2 years now. Never thought I'd get to 50 distinct origins. The one that surprised me most was a Yirgacheffe from Ethiopia - had this wild blueberry note I still can't replicate. Anyone else track their brews like this?
