Spent $400 on a new camera inspection kit last fall
It paid for itself in two weeks by finding a cracked flue tile a regular sweep would have missed. Do you guys find the video proof helps close more repair jobs?

I read a study from a home inspection trade group last year that said video proof can increase repair approval rates by over 60%. It makes total sense because showing a homeowner a crack is way different than just telling them about it. They see the problem with their own eyes and it becomes real. That visual proof cuts through the doubt and the "maybe next year" thinking. Your flue tile find is the perfect example of why the tool is worth it.

That "visual proof cuts through the doubt" line is interesting, but I've seen it backfire. Sometimes the video just scares people into getting more quotes or putting it off because it looks worse than they imagined. The tool is good, but it doesn't always make the sale easier, does it?

Wait, 60% more approvals? That's wild.
