My old boss said to never quote under $400 for a full clean. Did my first solo job in Springfield for $350 and it took me 7 hours.

Well, your old boss was right. Seven hours of work for $350 is basically working for free after you factor in gas and supplies. That's what, fifty bucks an hour before costs? Not great.
