Rant: peel and stick tile took me 6 weekends, not 1 afternoon

I watched a 4 minute video of a guy doing my whole kitchen backsplash in one afternoon, so I thought Saturday would cover it. Between cutting around the outlet boxes, fighting air bubbles, and redoing the crooked row near the stove, I burned 5 more Saturdays than I planned. Anyone else grossly underestimate how long those cheap tile sheets actually take once you touch a real wall?
