My kitchen faucet broke on a Tuesday night and spray painted handles changed my mind about cheap fixes
The handle on my old faucet snapped clean off during dinner cleanup. I was about to drop $90 on a new one but tried a $4 can of matte black spray paint on the plastic replacement handle from the hardware store. Has anyone else found a painted fix that held up longer than you thought it would?

Hold on, wait. You mean people are actually eating out of those painted bowls? I thought for sure that was just for decoration or like a weird art piece. @black.margaret you have to be joking, right? The thought of old paint flakes mixing in with hot soup is making me feel a little sick, not gonna lie. How does that even pass as a food container, that can't be safe.
