Can we talk about that $12 drawer liner I swore I'd never buy?
I always thought those foam roll liners were a scam. Then I dropped a glass measuring cup in my kitchen drawer and it shattered. Bought a roll for $12 at the hardware store, cut it to fit, and my silverware doesn't slide around anymore. Has anyone else found a random cheap buy that actually worked way better than you expected?

That measuring cup story hits close to home. Dropped a heavy ceramic mug in my utensil drawer once and it cracked the whole drawer bottom. Maybe the drawer liners are just a scam that happens to work for us. I found a cheap pack meant for toolboxes and cut strips for every drawer. Now nothing slides when I open them quick. The non-slip nubs keep everything in place way better than I thought they would. Worst case you waste twelve bucks and have a quieter drawer.
