Serious question, is the variegated Monstera hype actually worth it?
I was totally skeptical of the whole variegated plant craze for two years. Then my friend let me take a cutting from her albo Monstera last spring, and after watching it push out three new leaves with perfect white patches, I finally get it. It's not just about the look - the slow growth made me pay more attention to light and water in a way I never did with my plain green one. Has anyone else caved on a pricey cutting and regretted it or been pleasantly surprised?
