Just hit 50 houseplants and my watering schedule is a mess

I counted 53 pots on Sunday and realized I've been watering on vibes alone for the last 2 weeks. My fern in the bathroom started drooping before I noticed, and I almost lost a calathea to root rot. Anyone else hit a plant count where tracking became way harder than caring for them?

Watering on vibes alone" is exactly what got me too, around the 40 pot mark. I read somewhere that grouping plants by how thirsty they are helps a ton, so now my ferns and calatheas live together and get checked on the same day.
