Hit my 50th brisket on the offset last Saturday and the number snuck up on me
I was logging cooks in a notebook and realized the packer I pulled off at 6am was number 50. The funny part is I still fight the same stall on every single one, so the count does not feel like it should be that high. Anyone else keep a running tally, or am I the odd one tracking this stuff?
