My cooking skills are more like the opposite of that... I always have to add five different sauces just to cover up my mistakes. Guess there's something to be said for letting the meat speak for itself when you actually know what you're doing.

You ever notice how the best stuff doesn't try to prove itself? Same thing with people who are actually good at something, they don't need to explain it.
