My old barber always said cheap clippers ruin a haircut. Seeing those students at the barber college use the same Andis Masters as the pros was a real eye-opener. Honestly changed how I shop for tools now.

Wait, are you serious? They're straight up using the same Andis Masters as the pros at a barber college? I always figured those schools just hand you whatever cheap clippers they got in bulk from some random supplier. That's wild to me. Idk, maybe it's just me but that honestly makes me feel a lot better about the clippers I've been using at home for years now. I mean, if that's what they're teaching on, maybe my haircuts aren't as bad as I thought.

Actually, that's kind of a trap. Good technique matters way more than the tool's brand name. I've seen amazing cuts done with basic clippers by someone who really knows what they're doing. You can get great results without spending a fortune if you learn to use what you have.
