Rant: Spent 2 hours fixing a blend that took 5 minutes because I didn't clean my clippers first
I was chasing a muddy fade for way too long on a client yesterday, kept trying to adjust the lever and flicking my wrist, then realized my blade was packed with hair and oil from the last three cuts. Took me 20 minutes of scrubbing with clipper wash to get it clean before the fade finally popped like it should. Has anyone else wasted a whole appointment just because of dirty blades?

Dirty blades are the worst time suck in this industry. Keep a spray bottle of coolant/lube on your station and blast the blade between clients to save yourself the headache.
