Had a client pass out in my chair during a hot towel shave last Tuesday

My buddy Tony had a guy faint in his barber shop last summer. They had to call an ambulance because the guy hit his head on the sink on the way down. Did your client come around okay?

Man that's rough but I'm glad he came around okay. Fainting in any barber chair is scary but a hot towel shave makes it even worse because the heat and the whole setup just relaxes people so much they don't even see it coming. Your warning label joke is pretty good though, I bet that helped break the tension for everyone in the shop. Its smart you handled it calm like that, a lot of barbers would have panicked and made the situation worse. I've heard of this happening before, something about the warm towels and the position of the neck can mess with blood flow or something like that. Just glad nobody got hurt and he walked out laughing about it.

Thankfully he just slumped over and didn't crack his head open like that. He came to after a minute looking more embarrassed than hurt. I told him my shaves are so relaxing they should come with a warning label. The whole thing made me jump more than it did him.
