Bought a $75 digital scale for my sourdough and it changed the whole game
I was always just using measuring cups for my starter and flour, but the results were so inconsistent. Switched to a simple OXO scale that measures in grams, and my loaves from last weekend were the best I've ever made. Anyone else find that weighing ingredients made a huge difference for them?
