Just realized the customer's 'haunted' fridge was actually a loose wire

Got a call last week from a lady in Springfield who swore her fridge was possessed. She said the light would flicker at midnight and the ice maker would run on its own. I rolled my eyes thinking it was another ghost story, but I humored her and checked it out. Turns out, a wire behind the control panel had worked itself loose over time and was barely touching the metal frame. Every time the AC kicked on in her old house, the vibration made it connect and disconnect, causing random power surges. I secured it with a zip tie and the 'haunting' stopped. She was so relieved she tipped me an extra twenty bucks. Ever have a job where the customer's crazy story turned out to be a real, weird problem?
