Last Tuesday I was swapping a thermal fuse in a rental dryer and the landlord said they'd rather pay me double for a 2-hour job than have me do it in 45 minutes. He explained that previous techs who rushed left lint behind and caused a tenant complaint later. Do you factor in time for proper cleaning when you quote, or just price by the repair?
