Just heard a guy at the coffee shop say 'One Piece is too long to start' for the third time this month.
Honestly, I was grabbing a latte and this dude at the next table was telling his friend he'd never watch it because it has over 1000 episodes. Tbh, it made me think about how we decide what's 'worth' our time before we even try it. Do you think episode count is a fair reason to skip a show, or are we missing out?

Watched my buddy try that with the Marvel stuff. He saw Iron Man first and got totally sucked in. Then he spent like a whole weekend going through all the phases in order. He was texting me about post-credit scenes from movies I forgot existed. It worked way too well on him.
