Found a tiny anime shop in a strip mall that had a full row of OVAs

Drove out to Mesa last weekend for a job and ended up waiting out some traffic near this little strip mall. There's a shop there that sells retro games and also has a back room with anime releases. I figured it would be a couple of beat-up DVDs, but they had an entire shelf of OVAs from the 80s and 90s. Stuff like Bubblegum Crisis and Gunbuster on actual VHS and laserdisc. The owner, an older guy, said he'd been collecting since he ran a video store in the 90s. He let me flip through a bunch of the slipcases while he talked about fansubbing. I ended up leaving with a copy of Cream Lemon volume 3 for 20 bucks, mostly for the packaging art. Kind of wild that this stuff is still sitting around in a random shop when streaming has everything. Has anyone else stumbled on a place like that, where the stuff is old but the people running it are older?
