Finally got my friend to watch his first anime after three years of trying

Last week, after three years of me suggesting shows, my buddy in Chicago finally agreed to try one. I picked 'Spy x Family' because it's funny and not too long. We watched the first three episodes over video chat, and he was laughing at Anya's faces by the end. Now he's asking me what to watch next. What's a good second show for someone who liked the mix of action and comedy?
