Is that thing even still counting time correctly? I read somewhere that older CMOS batteries can drift after like 10 years, so the actual uptime might be way off. Plus, Windows 98 isn't exactly known for rock-solid stability. I've had that blue screen pop up just from leaving it idle for a weekend. Honestly, I'd be more impressed if it was running a real OS like Linux or even Windows 2000. And the power bill thing, yeah, that thing has probably cost more in electricity than most people's cars by now.

My 486 once ran for about 3 years straight back in '99 until a power surge killed the PSU. 10,000 days is around 27 years. That's impressive but also kind of terrifying. What's the power bill on something that's been plugged in since the Clinton administration?
