I chose the GPS shortcut over the main highway yesterday
My GPS sent me down a gravel road that turned into a muddy cow path outside of Boise. Took me 45 extra minutes and I had to hose off my car after. Should I just stick to the main roads next time or is there a way to make GPS stop doing this?

Set your GPS to avoid unpaved roads, that usually fixes it.
