Had a realtor tell me I was staging my living room all wrong
She said the couch should face the fireplace, not the TV, and I thought she was nuts but tried it anyway. Now the room actually feels bigger and people sit there instead of just walking through it, anyone else had a simple layout change totally shift a room's vibe?
