We're getting ready to finish our basement and add a full bathroom down there. We got a few quotes, but we're really leaning toward Hurst Design Build Remodel. Has anyone here worked with them recently? I know they win a lot of awards locally, but I'd love to hear some firsthand experiences from actual homeowners before we sign a contract.

I haven't used them for a basement, but they completely gutted and rebuilt our kitchen. Their in-house design team is fantastic. They brought us 3D renderings that looked exactly like the finished product, which really helped us visualize the space before committing to the layout. Totally worth the investment.

Yes! We hired them for a massive exterior and front porch remodel. The project manager was on-site every single day and actually communicated with us about the schedule and what to expect each week. The crew was super respectful of our property too. Highly recommend them.

My sister used them for an in-law suite addition. One thing she constantly raved about was how clean they kept the site. They set up proper barriers so the dust and mess stayed contained to the work zone and didn't ruin the rest of her house. You're in really good hands if you go with them.
