Thrift store oscilloscope gave out after 20 minutes

Picked up a Tektronix 465 from a Goodwill in Portland for $40 last weekend. Got it home, fired it up, and the trace went fuzzy after maybe 20 minutes then the screen went dark. Cracked it open and found a bulging cap on the power supply board. Tried replacing it myself with a spare I had but now the thing just hums. Anyone know a decent repair shop in the PNW that won't charge more than the scope is worth?

Is that humming sound kind of loud or barely there?

Kind of loud" humming huh. Used to think caps were always the easy fix but that changed my mind after a similar situation.
