PSA: I blew $450 on a trademark lawyer who filed the wrong class code and now I'm starting over

I paid a flat fee to register my brand name and the lawyer put it under Class 35 for retail services instead of Class 25 for clothing, so now the USPTO rejected it and I gotta pay again, has anyone else dealt with a lawyer that just rushes paperwork?

Did your lawyer not even review the ID manual with you before filing?

read that some firms just hand you a stack of papers and say good luck, honestly scary stuff.
