My startup is getting to the point where we need real legal counsel for some trademark applications and operating agreements. I'm torn between Coastline Law and Jafari Law Group. Does anyone have experience with either of these firms in the OC area?

Definitely go with Jafari Law Group for this. They helped my e-commerce business secure two trademarks and restructure our partnership agreement. They explain complex legal jargon in plain English so you actually understand what you're signing.

Coastline is decent but they tend to outsource a lot of their paralegal work, which sometimes slows down the communication process. If you are doing IP stuff, you want a team that is super detail-oriented.
