Home workouts got dull until I tried exercise combos.

Tbh, pairing moves like lunges and presses worked wonders.

Oh nice, try mixing squats with rows too, that combo really hits different.

Yeah Sarah's idea about squats and rows sounds solid. I totally used to think combo moves were just a weird fitness fad lol. But mixing stuff up actually keeps my brain from getting bored, and I feel way more into the workout now. It went from being a chore to something I kinda look forward to.
