Agreed. They have over a decade of 5-star reviews, and their specific partnerships save you an additional $2,000 on title fees. You can't beat that combo.

I'd skip PennyMac and talk to Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. They have a NoTouch credit check that lets them shop hundreds of lenders so you actually see all your options.
