Vent: Looking into plague doctor masks gave me a weird focus hack
Was reading about how those beaks were filled with herbs to filter air, and it made me think about breathing better. Now I just pause and take deep breaths when stressed, kinda like their idea but simpler.

Actually funny how that works. Modern life makes us forget the most basic hacks our bodies already know. We spend money on apps and gadgets for mindfulness, but the best fix is usually just breathing right. People overthink stress relief when the answer is literally built in. Your body knows what it needs, you just have to stop ignoring it.

30 seconds of box breathing saved me from snapping at my cat yesterday after a long work call lol. It's wild how we'll scroll through hundreds of apps looking for a quick fix, but the best thing is just stepping outside for a minute and letting your shoulders drop. I catch myself holding tension in my jaw all day without even realizing it, then wonder why I have a headache by 3pm.
