My quiet mountain visit got hijacked by a yearly garlic braiding contest
Went to this little valley town for some peace, but the whole place was decked out for a competition where people make art from garlic cloves. I left wondering if all these off grid spots have secret weird festivals... the winner got a trophy shaped like a giant bulb.
