Yeah, "the ultimate sustainable inspo" is sending me. The design world spends years picking beige names like "oatmeal" and "greige" only to realize trees have been doing the best work for free this whole time. It's like we're just slowly rediscovering the color wheel one season at a time. Next they'll be shocked that the sky is a nice blue.

Right? It's the same in my field. We had a whole two day meeting last year to pick a new brand blue. Two days. We ended up with a shade basically identical to the one we already had. The whole time I was just looking out the window at the actual sky thinking, there it is, perfect and free. They're paying consultants to reinvent rain.
