Vent: My sister said my 'glitch' story about the grocery store was just bad memory, so now I keep a small notebook in my pocket to jot down the weird stuff right away.
Has anyone else started documenting their experiences more carefully after someone brushed them off?

Keep the notebook, but trust your gut more than the notes.

Yeah skipping those "urgent" tasks because they felt off is a whole mood. I see it everywhere now, people following some plan when their gut is screaming no.

Used to be a total slave to my to-do list, checking off every tiny thing. Derek939's point about trusting your gut over the notes actually made me try it last week. Ended up skipping two "urgent" tasks because they felt wrong, and it saved me a bunch of stress lol. Gotta admit, that advice works better than I thought.
