My phone's GPS showed my house in two places at once last Tuesday

I was using Google Maps to get home from a job in Riverside. It said I was already at my address but the street view was wrong. I pulled over and checked Apple Maps on my iPad. That one showed my house a quarter mile down the road, which was correct. The wrong pin stayed for three hours. Has anyone else had a map app place their home in the wrong spot like that?

Yeah, a friend had his smart thermostat stuck on 85 degrees for a whole weekend once. He came home from a trip and his place was a sauna. He was texting the landlord while sweating through his couch. Makes your three hours, @grant_palmer, feel almost reasonable.
