Just realized how silent the install van is on the way back now.

Miss the arguments over the best way to handle a tricky pane.

Those pointless arguments were a real test of character. You learned who could disagree and still share a coffee ten minutes later. That stuff built trust you can't get from a team-building app.

Sounds about right. Miss those stupid debates about ladder placement or the right angle for a cut. They filled the time and let us blow off steam. Now it's just headphones in and screens on. You don't get that sense of who you're working with anymore. The quiet after a job used to be full of stories, now it's just silence.

See this everywhere lately. Tech and apps cut out all the little friction points, which is great, but it also kills those small, pointless talks that filled the dead air. That van argument was probably way more useful for team vibe than any official meeting. Now we just stare at our phones in the same quiet.
