I finally got a clean pull on a 2-inch marble after three tries with a new torch tip.
The key was letting the gather cool for a full 30 seconds longer than usual before starting to stretch it, which my instructor in Tucson showed me last month.

Depends on what you mean. If it's about someone being a few minutes late, then no. But if it's about breaking trust or ignoring a clear rule, then yeah it is. Some things seem small but add up over time. People get tired of the little stuff that never gets fixed. So yeah, sometimes it actually is a big deal.
