Skip the billboard guys entirely. Look up Brent W. Caldwell. He is super professional and actually takes the time to explain the legal jargon so you understand exactly what's happening with your case.
Totally agree with avoiding the huge mega-firms. I've heard really good things about Caldwell's office from a coworker who had a slip and fall case a few months ago.
