Used a chunk of asphalt and a rusty screwdriver to change a tire on my old Civic once. Got me back on the road for about forty miles before it blew.

My buddy Steve once patched a radiator hose with duct tape and a banana.

I mean, that's one way to get your daily fruit serving.
