My Milwaukee M18 impact driver took a dive into a bucket of used coolant yesterday.
Pulled it out fast but the chuck is grinding now. Anyone know if these are sealed well enough to survive a quick clean and lube, or am I shopping for a new one?

Saw a video where a guy hosed his down with electrical cleaner after a similar spill. Let it dry for a day and it worked fine. Might be worth a shot before you trash it.

Wait, you guys have the sense to use electrical cleaner? I just dumped a whole bottle of rubbing alcohol on mine and prayed, which explains why my keyboard now types in regret.
