Exactly this. "Just pointing out what happened" is such a fair way to put it. I had a similar thing last week with my internet provider. I posted about their service going down three times in one day and someone jumped on me saying I was "just being negative." I was like no, I'm literally describing what happened. It's like people can't handle someone stating facts anymore without reading some hidden agenda into it. Sometimes a thing just happens and talking about it is not the same as blaming someone. Your mileage may vary obviously but I think we've all been on the receiving end of that kind of overreaction.
