Yeah, planned obsolescence for sure. It's wild how they design them to basically brick themselves right after the warranty ends. Makes you wonder if anything is built to last anymore.

Dude for real! I had a laptop that literally wouldnt turn on the day after the warranty ran out. Took it to a repair shop and they said it was a known motherboard issue. @dakota_rivera nailed it, it's crazy how common this stuff is. Threw it in a drawer and just use an old desktop from 2014 now, thing still runs like a tank.
